Shanghai, China, April 9, 2019: Emerson (NYSE: EMR), the leading global technology and engineering company, today debuted its new products at the 2019 China Refrigeration Expo, held at the Shanghai New International Expo Center. The new releases included the District Heating ZW 25HP and Chiller Variable Speed Solutions. Meanwhile, Emerson’s Copeland Scroll™ZB Large Commercial Refrigeration Compressor and Emerson R32 Variable Speed Compressor (80CC) won the Innovative Product Award at the Expo due to their numerous advantages, such as excellent performance, eco-friendly design and worry-free, reliable operation.
The innovation product launch ceremony of China Refrigeration Expo 2019 was held on the evening of April 8 at Jumeirah Himalayas Hotel in Shanghai. In this Expo, nearly 100 products from 41 enterprises participated in the evaluation. After two rounds of review by 31 experts from the China Refrigeration Exhibition expert committee, finally 35 products from 27 enterprises stand out.
In recent years China has introduced new policies to guide and support environmental protection. As the industry leader, Emerson is committed to making the HVAC industry more environmentally-friendly. In order to reduce carbon emissions and conserve power, the company has developed new products and solutions. During 2019 China Refrigeration Expo, the debut of District Heating ZW 25HP and Chiller Variable Speed Solutions was one of the highlights of the Expo, as it showed off the power of innovation to empower green development.
During the China Refrigeration, the winner list of the China Emerson Cup 2018 under the two categories of “Environmental Comfort” and “Food Safety” will be finally unveiled. Through the competition, Emerson reinforced its communication with partners and further propelled the innovation and development of the industry.
