COMPATIBILITY

  • NFC capability
    • Control must be NFC compatible
    • Smart phone must be NFC compatible

CONNECTING TO NFC

  • Make sure NFC is turned on in device's settings
  • Remove metal phone cases to connect to NFC
  • Keep the mobile device's NFC antenna in contact with the NFC marking on the White-Rodgers control until the checkmark appears

NFC antenna is along top edge on back of Apple devices

Android - NFC

NFC antenna is near the middle on back of Android devices

Tap to send or save a report of the data currently shown in the app

Auto-Set

Enter the replacement part number to automatically configure to the replacement parts original settings. Watch video.

Parameter Description

Tap arrow to view a description for each parameter

Parameter Setting

Pink text shows current selection for each parameter on the module

Update Control

Once all changes are complete, tap on “Update Control” and place device in contact with the NFC antenna on the White-Rodgers module. Keep device steady until the check mark appears in the app.

Status

Receive valuable information about the status of the HVAC system you are servicing.

Data is current up to the last NFC connection made between the app and the control.

Diagnostics

Review and diagnose fault codes quickly and accurately. 

  1. Error Description / Troubleshooting Tips - tap the information icon next to each fault to view a detailed description of the error and receive troubleshooting tips.
  2. Error History - faults are stored in the error history of your control for up to 14 days. 
  3. Clear Error History - tap "Clear Error History" to clear the controls' fault history.
